Welcome to Arcadia Building Designs. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, including but not limited to Home Construction, General Services, Renovations Architecting, Interior Designs, Plan and 3D Elevation, Cost Estimation, and Approval Drawings (collectively, the “Services”). By engaging with our Services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, requesting a quote, or engaging our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must not proceed with using our Services.

3. Services Offered

We provide the following Services:

  • Home Construction: Custom residential building projects.

  • General Services: Maintenance, repairs, and structural upgrades.

  • Renovations Architecting: Redesign and remodeling of existing structures.

  • Interior Designs: Space planning, material selection, and décor coordination.

  • Plan and 3D Elevation: Architectural drafting and visualization.

  • Cost Estimation: Budget planning and project cost breakdowns.

  • Approval Drawings: Preparation of compliance-ready blueprints for regulatory approvals.

All Services are subject to site inspections, feasibility assessments, and mutual agreement on project scope.

4. User Obligations

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information for project planning.

  • Obtain necessary permits, approvals, or permissions for construction/renovation.

  • Grant our team safe access to the project site during agreed hours.

  • Notify us promptly of changes to project requirements or site conditions.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, plans, 3D models, and drawings created by us remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.

  • Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive license to use the designs for the agreed project. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for delays or defects caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, material shortages, or Client-provided inaccurate information).

  • Our liability for any claim related to the Services is limited to the total fees paid by you for the specific project.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
